We sometimes process items seperately to ensure you have the shortest possible shipping times.

My Tracking Information is not updating.
Should this happen, please wait 48-72 hours to see if this changes, as with the high volume of orders we are processing there can sometimes be a delay with shipping information.
If after this time there is no update, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look into this for you.
Am I able to return my purchase?
We think you will love your new purchase, but should you wish to return it you have 14 days from when you receive the item to inform us.
We will then issue a returns reference and you then have 14 days from that point to return the item to Mantra Chakra
How can I return my Item?
Contact us at email@example.com with your order number and we will come back with the relevant instructions for your return based on your location. You can also check our Refund Policy for more information.
How soon will I be refunded?
Once the item is received back to Mantra Chakra and inspected, we will email you to inform you that the item has been received. Your refund will then be processed within 48 hours of that email to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account from when we have process the refund.
My item arrived broken/faulty, what should I do?
We ensure that items are shipped and packaged securely, therefore this shouldnt happen.
However, if this does occur, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with a photo and your order number so that we can resolve this for you.
I emailed Customer Service, how long do they take to respond.
Our Customer Service Team is available 7 Days per week and therefore you should receive a respond within 24 hours. (In extremly busy periods like Black Friday it can take up to 48 hours)
My Payment has failed, what should I do?
This could be for a variety of reasons, failed security checks, insufficient funds or a block on international payments depending on your location across the globe.
