Refund policy
At MantraChakra.com we want our customers to have an amazing shopping experience and to be delighted with your purchase.
For that reason, our team invest considerable time and effort into ensuring we select the highest quality and best products to sell at MantraChakra.
We want every customer to be happy and that's why we offer a 14 day returns policy should you not be happy with your purchase.
Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return any item unused in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be communicated via email to guide@mantrachakra.com
The cost of the return must be paid by you. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely, if an item is not packaged securely and arrives to us damaged we cannot offer a refund. It must be in his original resalable condition. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, and retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Inside your package please include your name and order number.
Kindly Note that we do not accept refunds or exchanges for any items which have been made to order or customised, including items which are for the Apple Watch Bracelet that have been made for another Smart Watch Bracelet, as this would be a customised made to order item. Any items which have changes made as requested by the customer will be classed as made to order (for instance changing the stones, metal, colours or any customisation).
Faulty Product or Wrong Order Sent
We take extra care to ensure that everything arrives in perfect condition, however in the rare occasion an item arrives damaged then please contact us at guide@mantrachakra.com. Please include pictures of the faulty item and if the packaging is damaged, please also provide photographs of that as well as it helps us to work with our logistic companies.
If the Item you receive is totally different from the order (i.e you ordered Product A but received Product B), then we will provide you with a replacement item for free and allow you to keep the item that was sent incorrectly for any inconvenience caused. (This rarely happens, but if it did, then the customer will be get 2 items for the price of 1 as a goodwill gesture)
If the size of the Item you receive is totally different from the order (i.e you ordered Size S but received Size M), then we will provide you with a replacement item for free and allow you to keep the item that was sent incorrectly for any inconvenience caused. (This rarely happens, but if it did, then the customer will be get 2 items for the price of 1 as a goodwill gesture)
If for any reason the item the customer ordered is no longer in stock, then the customer will be refunded.
At MantraChakra we have lots of Handmade Jewelry with Natural Stones and therefore there may be some variations in the colour as it is natural, handmade and authentic, therefore an item having a slight variation of colour would not be accepted as a faulty product, but you would still be able to return this within the 14 days or receiving the item
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed, automatically to your original method of payment.
Cancel or edit your order
We have a very fast turn around of orders in our warehouse to ensure quick delivery, this means we can't guarantee orders can be edited or cancelled once placed. If you would like to edit or cancel your order please get in touch with us and use the subject ‘cancel’ and send us your order details as soon as possible. If the Order has been sent to dispatch, then you would need to receive and return the item before us being able to cancel your order.
Digital Products
All Digital Products are non-refundable as once you have purchased, it will be delivered to you instantly and we are unfortunately unable to take it back. Therefore we don't accept refunds on digital products.
Buyer Protection Guarantee
If the item has not been delivered within 90 days of placing the order, then the customer has the right to receive a full refund.
